Response to Request If you already have an approved EC sickness claim at SSS/GSIS, you can then file an EC cash assistance claim at the ECC via https://cashassistance.ecc.gov.ph The requirements are as follows: 1. Proof of Approved EC Claim Voucher from SSS/GSIS 2.
