Hi! I would to request a copy of the court dismissal order of the current syndicated estafa case of Joel Apolinario and associates from his KAPA Ministry Corporation whichever is applicable by law. Somehow he is claiming that both of his cases of SRC Violation from SEC and Syndicated Estafa case formally filed by the NBI have been dismissed due to lack of probable cause. There are many videos currently circulating in the media platform (youtube) which were uploaded around 3 days ago wherein he is claiming that all the cases that were filed against him have been dropped.
