Good day! We write on behalf of our client, a manufacturer of online streaming devices. Our client has noticed similar devices being sold on the market that appear to be counterfeit and/or unregistered. Are these products (e.g., Roku, Amazon Fire TV, etc.) covered under NTC Memorandum Circular No. 09-09-2003 (Wireless Data Networks and Devices)? If yes, can you inform us how we can seek the NTC's assistance in removing these counterfeit and/or unregistered devices from the market? Thank you.
