Dear Sir/Maam:
I would like to request for the cost of constructing public highways in the country. If there are any differences, please separate the cost for rural and urban, and municipal, provincial, and national. We will appreciate if you could provide us with data for minimum, maximum, and average.
Thank you very much. God bless.
Sincerely,
Dave J. Pojadas

Dear Sir/Maam:
Thank you very much for your response. I received the file and find the content very useful for my research. However, I would like to ask clarification regarding the maintenance of asphalt roads.
In my research, I assume that the power plant would last 25 years. I used the cost of the roads leading to tourist destination as the the cost for the opening of the access road to the power plant. Since the project is 25 years, I would like to know how the maintenance cost of this road can be best estimated.
Thank you very much. God bless.
Sincerely,
Dave Pojadas
