Hi i would to request for an assistance on how to correct my name from Lexelyn P. Riva to Lexelyn P. Rivas. Unknowingly, I have 2 registered birth certificates. the first registered was Lexelyn P. Rivas while the second one and i'm currently using is Lexelyn P. Riva. Last 2020 I seek a copy of my 2nd registered BC and dismayed to find out that it was locked and therefore I can no longer get a copy of it. Due to financial matters, I wish to use the name LEXELYN P. RIVAS instead of what I'm currently using now (Lexelyn P. Riva).

Both records should be reconciled and should be decided as to what date of birth to follow.
