Hi! I would like to ask for information regarding the process for correcting the first name, middle name and last name in my diploma ( high school). Is it possible to correct error regarding first name, middle name, and last name in diploma?. If so what is the necessary steps and requirements? I had my birth certificate corrected recently and high school diploma is not match in my birth certificate. I already graduated in high school. I need this for job application.

Both records should be reconciled and should be decided as to what name to follow.
