Hi. I would like to clarify and request for correction of data in my tentative loan claims in my egsis account. As reflected, it says that i can apply for multi-purpose loan, however, my premiums paid is only 1.7 something in which the minimim requurements is 20 months paid premium. It was also reflected that my first due date and maturity date will be on January 1, 1970 with 28php monthly payment and there is no fix term/duration for payment of loan. I tried reaching out to GSIS Dipolog last feb15 yet no update was made on my account until today.
