October 13, 2023 Dear Ms. BRENDA VALLARTA, We have formally responded to your request for a copy of Protected Area Community-Based Resource Management Agreement signed between DENR and SBSI, which you have sent via email. To reiterate the official response, we have referred your request to the DENR Regional Office in CARAGA being the issuing office. But while awaiting their response, we are sending here a copy of the guidelines (DAO 2004-32) relative to the issuance of PACBRMA. Page 10-16 of the guideline contains the pro-forma agreement.
