POLO-HK Labor Attache Melchor B. Dizon, has made a number of changes regarding the agency regulation process at POLO-HK in a non-transparent manner. Thus, I would like to request a copy of the most recent POLO-HK Agency Undertakings. Furthermore, I would like to obtain: 1.) A list of POLO-HK accredited agencies; 2.) An explanation of how to file a complaint for violation of POLO-HK Agency Undertakings; 3.) An explanation of how to file a complaint for violation of POEA rules and regulations.
