I would like to request for the certificate or certified copy of my NSTP completion with the serial number. I have successfully completed my NSTP in SAINTS JOHN & PAUL COLLEGES Halang Calamba City from first semester (June 2010) to second semester (March 2012), however, was not given the certificate. Your request You asked for your NSTP CERTIFICATE WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER. Response to your request Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar. Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
