My name is Desiree Santos Batungbakal, and my tax identification number is 703826212000. I am in need of a copy of my ITR for my visa application. I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

November 14, 2023 Dear Ms. Batungbakal: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 13, 2023 07:42:25 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Response to Request After careful consideration, copies of Income Tax Return (ITR) can be requested from the Revenue District Office (RDO) where the same was filed and/or submitted or to the RDO where your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is registered. You just have to submit a Signed Letter Request for the purpose. However, if you are referring to BIR Form No. 2316, the same shall have to be requested from your EMPLOYER since the same is the One Mandated by Law to Prepare and Provide to the Concerned Employee/s pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 10-2008.
