Hi, good morning! 

I would like to request a copy of my form 1902 and ITR. These forms were applied by my first employer, however, we were not given any copies of it. One of the requirements needed for me to be hired in the government is proof of my TIN but it's difficult to have an issuance of TIN ID so I just opted for my form 1902 copy. 

Please help. Thank you so much!
