Thank you for your request for a copy of Compliance Order issued in relation to Case No. RO03-CLARK-RI-2021-07-0001-G, under the Freedom of Information (Executive Order No. 2 S. 2016) filed in this Office.
You request for document is denied given that your name is not included in the list affected workers of Site Group Holdings Pty. Ltd entitled to payemnt of seperation pay and salary differential pursuant to the subject Compliance Order dated 13 August 13, 2021 which has become final and executory on 04 April 2022.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your FOI request, you may request for an internal review of the response, by writing to [email protected]. Your request for review should explain why you are dissatisfied with the response, the filing of which should be made within 15 calendar days from date of receipt of the response.
