Hi, we are currently renting a unit in a Dormitory in Naga City and we always (monthly) wondered why it goes up constantly. We already asked the landlord for a copy of the bills but they always refused to show it to us, ( units are using submeters). The dorm has 5 studio type and 2 big apartment-like units. Out of all the units they have, There are 2 studio type units unoccupied. 1. I would like to ask for a copy of the electricity final bills of the Dormitory we are currently residing to see if there are issues with charges they make. 2. Final bills from Nov. 2020 to June 2021.
