Hi Sir/Ma'am, May I request an electronic copy of my arrival record/document dated July 11, 2020. I am an OFW from Saudi Arabia and went home as exit status from KSA dated July 10,2020 and arrived at Naia Terminal 1 on July 11,2020 during the middle of Pandemic. Your request You asked for Copy of arrival document- Philippine passport. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file and request for your travel record at BI Main Office. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H. MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
