I have a copy of PSA Marriage certificate with annotation of null and void , but it is needed the copy of certificate of annulment. It was annul or declare last [REDACTED DATE] rendered by [REDACTED NAME] of the Regional Trial Court 7th Judicial Region Branch of [REDACTED ADDRESS] under Civil Case [REDACTED NUMBER].
