Hi I would like to request a copy of my Alternative Learning System (ALS) Diploma My name is Haron Gallos Comilang Born on July 10, 1994. ALS Completer 2013 or 2014 I forgot the exact date im sorry. Hindi ko po kasi siya nakuha since nag karoon na ako ng regular work.

You may request your Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion, Diploma, or other school records to the Schools Division Office where you have submitted your Presentation Portfolio Assessment.
