April 18, 2021 Dear Billy Javier, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 21, 2020 02:13:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for COPC Checklist for Master in Information Technology Program. Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested. Please find the attached CHED Memorandum Orders No. 07., series of 2010 entitled "Revised Policies and Standards for Graduate Program in Information Technology Education", CMO No. 14, series of 2019 entitled "Policies and Standards in Issuance of Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) to State Colleges and Universities (SUCs) and Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs)" and CMO No. 15, series of 2019 entitled "Policies, Standards and Guidelines for Graduate Programs", which we are using as the bases of evaluation for the issuance of COPC for the Master in Information Technology program.
