Hi, I am Atty. John Dx S. Lapid, Corporate Attorney of Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD), we will use the coordinate to make sure that all our water permit applications are outside the moratorium area. We will plot the coordinates in our Google Earth Pro. I hope you can provide us with the coordinates. Thank you. September 10, 2018 Dear John Dx Lapid, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 03, 2018 05:09:17 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Coordinates of Moratorium area for Water Permit Application in Metro Cebu. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved but we are unable to provide the coordinates you are asking for. However, we enclosed here a copy of NWRB Board Resolution No. 004-0507 entitled Policy Guidelines for Metro Cebu and a map of the moratorium area. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the NWRB Deputy Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
