Hi, I am Alda Antony, requesting for a letter from LTO to explain to New Zealand Transport Authority why my PH driver license N01-08-1206 was only valid for 3 years instead of 5 years. This letter is required for my NZ driver license conversion. In 2016, I did apply for license renewal in Makati but was told cards are not available. I was asked to go back in June 2018 to have photo taken, thus the date in drivers license card which expired November 2021. Please send letter to NZTA and [email protected]. Looking forward to hearing from you sooner than later.
