Good day to you! We are subscribed with a 500Mbps internet connection with Converge here in Legazpi City, Albay with account number 0919102046466. We would like to get our subscription with them disconnected and the disconnection fee to be waived because ever since 1 week before the Typhoon Quinta, we were not able to use the service. The bad and confusing part is they are still charging us with the monthly subscription payment totaling to P28,000 on a service we have never used! I've gone to their customer service area and filed a complaint about this. They said that they have reconnected
