Hi, I would like to report an incident wherein Converge is still not taking necessary actions to install my Uncle's internet in their house. The committed 4-week SLA was already past due since September 16 (note that my uncle already complied with the requirements as well as the payment). Job order as well as the Port Details has been provided to me by the Converge agent (confirmed activated and less than 300 meters). But according to the Dispatcher Team, the port assigned is beyond 400 meters. I asked the Dispatcher to coordinate this one to the Converge hotline but no response from them.
