Good day! I would like to request to your humble office for a letter/notice for free service termination to Converge ICT. Here's my situation: I went to their office to apply for a site transfer last August 24, 2020 because we're about to transfer to a new apartment and we only got until September 24, 2020 on our old apartment. Upon checking, the job order for my previous site transfer application still hasn't been closed since it was done last July 24, 2020 at our old apartment up until now. Due to this, my new request can't proceed and I really need the internet to work from home.
