Good day! I would like to request certified true copies of the contracts and the Board Resolution authorizing execution of said contracts with DPWH in Northern Samar and of the Unitec Builder, Inc. from the date April 16, 2009 until September 16, 2018. This is to ensure that proper accounting in our part can be made.
I understand that there may be fees associated with obtaining these copies, and I am willing to cover any reasonable expenses incurred for this request. Please inform me of the payment process, including any fees and the preferred method of payment.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we will have to deny this request as it appears on record that you have no legal standing to request the documents subject in your request. (Kindly see attached memorandum signed by the FOI Decision Maker dated November 13, 2023)

Your right to request a review
