Hi, this is Joan Agnes Alfafaras of the Special Audits Office, Commission on Audit. I was tasked to conduct study/research on PPP projects to be audited in 2023 in line with the completion of PPP Audit Guide Manual .
In order for us to be apprised on the processes and terms of conditions/provisions in the Contracts, may we request the PPP Contract/Agreement for Bakun A/B and C Hydroelectric Power Plant
