Good day, Sir Andro!
Many thanks for this email. However, I think there is a misunderstanding in terms of the documents that you are requesting that I submit. While I am part of the academe and currently using my academic email (we are allowed to use it for personal matters), the document I request is for a personal endeavor and not related to DLSU or any agency I am affiliated with. The said construction project of DPWH will pass through the private property our family and we would like to know the details of the project.
As I am requesting the documents for personal reasons, may I ask what papers must I provide for this request to proceed? I am aware that the Freedom of Information (FOI) program is meant to establish transparency and full public disclosure of information. As a Filipino citizen, I know that I am allowed to request to be granted access about government transactions and operations, including the specific project mentioned in my request.
