Hi, I would like to request a copy of the contract entered into by the Local Goverent Unit of Minglanilla Cebu in connection with the road repair and maintanance of barangay Vito barangay road. I want to see whether or not there is a provision to the effect that contractors will be liable for the cost of expenses to water lines damaged incidental thereto.
