Hi! I would like to request for information regarding: 1. Contract of Agreement with NFH Construction with Robredo's project, "Naga Revetment Project"; 2. Liability assumed if there's any, of NFH Construction with regards to the same project and its incident in 2016.

February 23, 2022 Dear Carla Mae Tubig, I refer to my letter of Feb 22, 2022 01:46:17 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Contract Agreement & Liability Assumed by NFH Construction. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 18, 2022 02:03:54 AM, your request will be closed.
