Furthermore, a person's personal information, supported documents, and three government-issued valid IDs provided during SIM card registration would allow the authorities to trace and verify the person's details. This approach would also make effective use of government-issued IDs. In the case of minors owning the phone number, they should be required to present an authorization letter from their parents or guardians, proof of residency in the local barangay, a student ID, and a Philippine Identification Card.
