Hi, The LTFRB was quoted in this news report https://www.philstar.com/nation/2023/02/27/2247941/groups-warn-transport-crisis-shortage-jeepneys saying: "Noting that the PUV modernization program was long due, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Body (LTFRB) allayed public fears of a shortage of vehicles. "It assured the public that there would be contingency measures in place to avert a transport crisis." I would like to request for the official document listing what these contingency measures are, so that we may better evaluate them and provide recommendations.
