4/6/2021 Dear Sir/Madam: Good day. In addition, I would also like to request for the number of contact tracers per region and per city/municipality nationwide in 2020 and 2021, if possible. Response to your request Please be informed that your request was forwarded to the DILG - Emergency Operation Center (the office responsible for monitoring Covid cases) a few weeks back, however they are yet to respond to us with the necessary data. Due to the recent increase of COVID-19 cases within their workplace, it has caused delays on their daily operations.
