Hello Sir/Madam, I am Karl Hegel Damayo from A2D Project, our company is an NGO based in Cebu City. We have a DRR project that involves LGUs and barangays. We wish to talk to provincial and municipal officials but unfortunately, the telephone numbers of these LGUs posted in the internet are not functioning. We hope we could get the updated contact numbers/ email addresses of the following LGUs (please open attachment) You may check our website, a2dproject.org, to check the authenticity of our company.
