To whom it may concern, please do correct me if this FOI request is readily available..

I would like to request the details of all Municipalities' City Halls in the Philippines (arranged per Region), to wit:

1. Address (Priority);
2. Contact Number; and
3. Mayor/Governor.

I have searched through several Government Sites for this information, unfortunately, some of the data provided is either Incomplete, Out of Date (possibly), or Missing.
