January 13, 2024 Dear Mr. Raffy Panganoron, This refers to your letter of Jan 12, 2024 04:49:14 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Construction Materials Price Data for the years 2020,2021,2022,2023,2024. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V.
