As per memorandum, dated October 14, 2021, of OIC-Director Andro V. Santiago, Stakeholders Relations Service, DPWH FOI Receiving Officer, endorsing that your request complies with the provisions of Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016, also known as the Freedom of Information Order. In this regard, a copy of the latest approved CMPD (3rd Quarter of C.Y. 2021) of Region VII was sent via e-mail to [email protected]. The said CMPD was evaluated and generated by the Central Office – Technical Working Group (CO-TWG), and approved by the BOC Director, which was checked for its reasonableness.
