July 22, 2022 Dear Dennis Andre Abrantes, I refer to my letter of Jul 21, 2022 01:31:05 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Construction Materials Price Data (CMPD). Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 13, 2022 11:40:15 PM, your request will be closed.
