Hi! I would like to have a copy of the Construction Materials Price Data for the 4th quarter of 2021. This will help us accomplished the Program of Works we are preparing for our propose projects in LGU. I am from Region II by the way. Thank you!

February 7, 2022 Dear MILDRED DELA PEÑA, I refer to my letter of Feb 06, 2022 02:47:03 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Construction Materials Price Data 4thQuarter 2021. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card.
