October 26, 2023 Dear JOHN LOUIE CASTRO, This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL PRICE DATA CY 2023 NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card.
