Good Morning I am Noven S. Villaber, a student of University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines- Cagayan de Oro City. I am writing a message to ask for the following information:

1. radial distance from the mountain where we can build an infrastructure ( wind turbines, buildings , houses)

2. Standard in building a infrastructure in the mountain side.
