I would like to request for a copy of the Constitution and By-laws of Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines. The municipality of Libagon, Province of Southern Leyte is now establishing our barangay and municipal association of PYAP. In this regard, I would like to request for a copy of the CBL for adoption in our barangay and municipal PAYA association. Thank you!
