1. For the National Level of the year 2013-2018;
2. For the Regional Level (particularly Region VI) of the year 2013-2018;
3. For the Division Level (Division of Aklan) for the year 2013-2018;
4. For the schools belonging to the Division of Aklan for the year 2013-2018.

Dear Madam:
I want to request a copy of documents regarding the consolidated overall Secondary High School National Achievement Test and the Science learning area result of the following:
1. For the National level of the year 2013-2018
2. For the Regional Level ( particularly Region VI) of the year 2013-2018.
3. For the Division Level ( Division of Aklan) for the year 2013-2018
4. For the Public High Schools belonging to the Division of Aklan for the year 2013-2018.
I’m a Public Teacher 1 teaching at Malay National High School in Malay, Aklan and currently working on my masters thesis at Aklan State University-Banga Campus. Rest assured that the result you will be providing will be a big help for me to have authentic evidence to support my thesis entitled: Development and Validation of Strategic Intervention Materials (SIM) on Physical Science. SIM is a remediation instructional material which will be used in my study to test its effectiveness in improving the least mastered competencies in Science. One my basis in designing the said learning materials will be the NAT,RAT,DAT mean percentage score result of high school takers last 2013-2018. Hopefully you can send the result before the end of March 2020 because my defense will be on April 15,2020.
If there are fees with regards to this matter, I’m willing to pay.

I refer to my letter of Mar 06, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Consolidated National Achievement Test. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 29, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
