YOUR REQUEST You asked for the following: (1) Plans for Intramuros Informal Settlement; (2) The actual Land use of Intramuros; and (3) Policies for informal settlement. RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST Your FOI request no. 2 is approved. For a proper understanding on Intramuros land use, please find attached the following: (1) a copy of Rules and Regulations (refer to Rule IV); and (2) an actual land use map, dated 2015. However, your requests 1 and 3 are denied. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we are unable to provide these information due to an exemption under Item no. 9, Annex D, of the Intramuros Administration Freedom of Information Manual.
