I would like to ask for information regarding: 1) the congestion rate in Philippine prisons handled by the BuCor; 2) statistics on the characteristics (age, sex, nationality, religion, etc.) of the inmate population in Philippine prisons handled by the BuCor; and 3) the inmate population of recidivists in Philippine prisons Thank you very much!
