Hi, I applied and was granted DSWD Solo Parent status in 2017 and my status remains as solo parent. However, I am not receiving any of benefit and apparently I am not on DSWD database. I still have my Solo Parent ID issued by Makati DSWD. I am unable to do anything about this since the lockdown.
