Im Noel Jr. Sipin. Residing at Calamba Laguna.I would like to ask if it's okay to refuse, because my previous school (International Electronics Technical Institute) is forcing us to pay our balances even if there's no class of that period because of lockdown. By the way I'm graduatees at that time. Also the school told us that we are all graduate in exchange of paying our full matriculation. what can you suggest?  Thank you.
