Hello Ma'am / Sir, I am writing to request a copy of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan of Santa Maria, Laguna. I am a 5th year architecture student from National University currently conducting my architectural thesis under the subject of Design 9A: Thesis Writing. I intend to use the Comprehensive Land Use Plan as part of my research for my thesis.
