As part of the project secondary data gathering, we would like to collect information about the basemap, climate, topography, soil, and hydrology of MIndoro Provinces. In this connection, we would like to request the following information for the Province of Occidental Mindoro and Oriental Mindoro (in shape file format if possible) as summarized below. • Comprehensive Land Use Plan (all municipalities)

Thank you for your request dated Sep 28, 2018 03:09:47 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Comprehensive Land Use Plan of Occidental Mindoro and Oriental Mindoro. Response to Request We cannot attach the CLUPs of Occidental Mindoro and Oriental Mindoro due to their volume. However, you may visit HLURB-Southern Tagalog Region at Dencris Building, Bgy. Halang, Calamba, Laguna, and have the documents photocopied. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Comm. Lloyd Christopher Lao at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
