In response to your request for documents for verification and validation of my request, I would like to share to you my request letter for data collection. In this letter, I stated the purpose of my study as well as my problem statement for you to be able to understand where this research undertaking will provide innovation and contribution to the community.
Due to the transition of online class to limited face to face classes, we are currently waiting for the new identification card to be issued by the university. For that reason, I would like to ask for your consideration and accept my certificate of registration for the first semester of academic year 2022-2023 as well as my electronic identification card issued by our university during the academic year 2020-2021. This may serve as valid documents for my request verification.
