I am Patrick Justine R. Mallari, a 5th year student of the University Of Santo Tomas, College Of Architecture. I am conducting a research for the subject Architectural Design 9 as partial requirement for a degree in Architecture. 
In line with this, I would like to ask permission or access for the following;

-	Manila Comprehensive Land Use Plan
-       Demographics of Manila
