Good day! May the blessing of the Lord be with you always.:) May we ask for the following info?

1) I want to ask for the rules to getting representatives for the Stakeholders Consultation for the Comprehensive Land Use Plan for San Miguel, Bulacan 2021-2030. There were no persons with disabilities included in it. Also, I was checking the pictures and it seems that not all the 14 basic sectors per the National Anti-Poverty Commission was included too. 
2) How can we have this addressed & these sectors be included in the planning? I believe it's imperative to get these people consultd for OGP.
